We offer a variety of room options for our guests—there’s something to suit every need:
We offer 48 rooms where you can feel at home and relax. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and spend a cozy getaway in our green oasis.All roomsoverlook the quiet town center of Lubast. The cozy and spacious rooms (approx. 30 m²) are all equipped with a telephone and a flat-screen TV, among other amenities. A small seating area invites you to relax in comfort. In addition to a cozy bathrobe (available only in the main building), the bathroom features a shower, a hairdryer, and a cosmetic mirror.
In addition to our spacious standard rooms, we also offer comfort rooms with a beautiful terrace. We also have two family rooms and one accessible room available for you.
Standard Room at Haus Fliethbachtal:
These rooms are approximately 30 square meters in size and are located in the Fliethbachtal building (annex). You can reach our main building directly via several flights of stairs and a heated hallway (no elevator).
All rooms are equipped with a shower/bath, toilet, makeup mirror, hairdryer, TV, and telephone, as well as a small seating area. From here, you have a view of our hotel’s sun terrace.

Standard Room in the Main Building:
Our standard rooms in the main building are approximately 30 m² in size. The rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the main building.
All rooms are equipped with a shower/bathtub, toilet, makeup mirror, hairdryer, TV, and telephone, as well as a small seating area.

Comfort Rooms in the Main Building:
The Comfort Rooms offer approximately 30 square meters of space. The rooms are located on the first and second floors of the main building.
All Comfort Rooms are equipped with a shower/bathtub, toilet, sink, makeup mirror, hairdryer, small toiletries, a cozy bathrobe (available for use), a second pillow, TV, telephone, and safe, as well as a small seating area.

Double rooms starting at 105.00 EUR per room/night
Comfort Room with Terrace:
Our Comfort Rooms with a terrace are approximately 30 m² in size. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the main building.
All Comfort Rooms are equipped with a shower/bathtub, toilet, sink, makeup mirror, hairdryer, small toiletries, a cozy bathrobe (available for use), a second pillow, TV, telephone, and safe, as well as a small seating area in the room and on the terrace.

Double rooms starting at 115.00 EUR per room/night
The room rate listed is per room per night and includes the following services:
- Overnight stay in a comfortable double room
- extensive breakfast buffet
- Using the Sauna
- Provision of a cozy bathrobe (available only in the Comfort category; otherwise, available for rent for a fee)
- Free parking at the building
- Service charge and sales tax
- Rooms are guaranteed to be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and until 10:00 AM on the day of departure
Special features:
- We havetwo family roomsin the main building for families. One family room is in the Standard category on the third floor, and one is in the Comfort category on the second floor. Our family rooms consist of two separate double rooms, each approximately 30 square meters in size, connected by a connecting door.
- We have oneaccessible roomin the Comfort category on the second floor of our main building. All public areas are accessible.
- We offer2 charging stations for electric cars
Group bookings:
Room rates available upon request for groups of 16 or more.
Children's prices:
An extra bed for children up to 5 years old in their (grand)parents' room is free of charge; for children 6 years and older, the fee is €10 per night.
Surcharge for dogs and pets:
- Dog-friendly and pet-friendly rooms are available in the main building
- Available. Price per animal per night, excluding food: €10.00
